Among those arrested were Jackey Fitzpatrick, 41, of Three D Road in Fallsburg. Fitzpatrick was arrested May 24 and charged with unlawful transaction with a minor. According to the police report, they received a complaint about an underage person drinking at Fitzpatrick's residence. When deputies arrived Fitzpatrick was asleep in his truck. When officers woke him up he led them into the house to talk to the juveniles and both were given breathalizer tests which showed the presence of alcohol. One of the juveniles, Fitzpatrick's son, was a thirteen year old and told police his dad bought the beer. Three subjects, all underage, stated that the beer was bought for the minors, the report said.

When police arrived the vehicle was fully engulfed in flames. One male subject told police that Skaggs, along with a few other guys were saying they were going to break in the car and then burn it. Once police caught up with Skaggs who admitted they damaged the vehicle and police also noticed that Skaggs had burn holes in the bottom of his shirt. Skaggs said they did break into the vehicle and used a rock to break the window.
