What I dont understand is how can u charge someone with possession and they go to court for it and they're lodged in jail and 8 Days Later you change it to drug paraphernalia and I'm pretty sure to be charged with drug paraphernalia you have to have it on your persons or in your vehicle so how can someone charge you with one thing and decide they want to change it to another but you never had any of that on you
